Restore Your Core or RYC is the new branded site that contains all of the helpful guides on pelvic floor issues and diastasis recti. Lauren is an award-winning yoga instructor and a decade long educator on diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues. Her Facebook group has over 20,000 active members and she has even begun to teach others to become diastasis recti certified teachers.
What is Diastasis Recti?
